Sea rush is a coastal sedge grass grown and hand-crafted in the centuries-old weaving villages of Kim Son (Ninh Binh) and Nga Son (Thanh Hoa). Kim Son’s rush-weaving craft has been recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage with over 200 years of history. Rush fiber is soft, flexible, light, and breathable — well suited for bags and handicraft items.
