- Inspection on delivery: Customers may open the package and inspect the product’s exterior before paying the courier.
- EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
- Return period: Within 07 days of successful delivery.
- Conditions: The product has a manufacturing defect, is moldy, was damaged in transit, or the wrong model was delivered. The product must be in its original packaging and unused (agricultural products must remain sealed).
- REFUND POLICY
- Conditions: Applies when DAN86 has no suitable replacement or when the order is cancelled due to a fault on the part of DAN86.
- Method & timeframe: Direct bank transfer within 03 to 05 business days after DAN86 receives the returned goods and confirms that they meet the return conditions.
